- •Patient diagnosed with non specific low back pain and hamstring tightness (Active knee extension angle >28.9 degrees).
- •VAS score 2 to 6.
- •Sub-acute (Duration of symptoms from 6 weeks to 3 months)

- •Uncooperative patients
- •Subjects with cognitive issues
- •Acute and chronic low back pain
- •Radiating low back pain
- •Neurological disorders
