Inclusion Criteria
Upper anterior primary teeth; Radiographic alteration suggestive of periapical lesion; Cavity that allows restorative recovery; Without any previous pulp treatment; Good systemic health.
Exclusion Criteria
Root resorption with more than 2/3; Radiographic rupture of the pericoronary sac of the permanent successor; Syndromes; Systemic changes

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Remission of periaícal lesion through radiographic evaluation. Periapical lesions are classified among 4 possible scores. After comparing the final radiographs with the initial ones, it will be considered a success when there is reduction of the aspects of the lesion and decrease of the scores.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Remission of clinical signs, such as the presence of pain, mobility, fistula or edema. It will be considered clinical success when the element does not show these signs.
