Inclusion Criteria
1.) Over weight patient (Through BMI) of more than 18 years.
2.) Patients will be randomly selected irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socio economic
status after due process of informed consent.
3.) Patient presenting Sign and symptom of NAFLD will be selected.
4.) Clinically diagnosed Hepatomegaly (Non Alcoholic fatty liver).
5.) USG/CT Scan evidence of fatty liver.
Exclusion Criteria
1.) Uncooperative Patients.
2.) Alcoholic Patients.
3.) Patient below age group 18 years.
4.) Patients suffering from major illness.
5.) Known case of Biliary Obstruction.
