- •1.) Over weight patient (Through BMI) of more than 18 years.
- •2.) Patients will be randomly selected irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socio economic
- •status after due process of informed consent.
- •3.) Patient presenting Sign and symptom of NAFLD will be selected.
- •4.) Clinically diagnosed Hepatomegaly (Non Alcoholic fatty liver).
- •5.) USG/CT Scan evidence of fatty liver.

- •1.) Uncooperative Patients.
- •2.) Alcoholic Patients.
- •3.) Patient below age group 18 years.
- •4.) Patients suffering from major illness.
- •5.) Known case of Biliary Obstruction.
