1.Male or female aged 18-55 years.
2.BMI less than 30 kg/meter square.
3.Runners who run with over 3 months of running experience.
4.Run at least 2 times per week for 45 minutes and/or at least 10 km but no more than 100 km per week.
5.Pain is located in the distal half of the posteromedial tibia and has to cover an area of more than 5 cm. long.
6.Pain is induced by exercise and lasts for hours or days after exercise.
7.Pain during running measured by VAS score more than or equal 4.
8.Palpation of the tibial posteromedial border induced recognizable discomfort that is restricted to this area.
9.Symptoms had to be present for at least 3 weeks.
1. History of neurological disease or paresthesia.
2. History of symptoms indicative of other causes of exercise-induced leg pain such as tibial stress fracture and chronic compartment syndrome.
3. History of lower-limb traumatic injury or surgery in the lower extremity or trunk.
4. History of a lower extremity injury in the previous 3 months.
5. Seizures and demand pacemakers.
6. Severe pain during running measured by VAS scale more than 7.
7. Underlying diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, or strokes.
8. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
9. Rigid flatfoot.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain level Baseline, week 4, week 8 and 3 months follow up. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) evaluate pain on the posteromedial border of the tibia during running, at resting and after running.
