Inclusion Criteria

1. Cooperative dental patient

2. Patient with single rooted deciduous teeth indicated for Pulpectomy

3.Teeth with more than 2/3rd of the root length intact

4. Healthy patient with no systemic disease

Exclusion Criteria

1.Grossly Decayed teeth

2. Teeth with advanced internal or external resorption

3. Patients who have been administered Antibiotics in the past 3 months before the date of reporting

4. Patient unwilling to participate in the study

5. Patient with the formation of sinus tract

6.Patient with known Ozone allergy

Primary Outcome Measures

The antimicrobial efficacy of the four intracanal irrigants namely Ozonated Oil, Probiotics, Magnetized water and Normal Saline against the pathogens E.Faecalis, S.Mitis, and F.Nucleatum present in the infected root canals of primary teeth will be checked by assessment of Colony forming units from Pre- Irrigation sample and Post- irrigation samples. The level of Inflammatory mediator Interleukin 1 Beta will also be assessed in Pre and Post irrigation samples.Timepoint: assessment will be done from Pre-Irrigation and Post irrigation sample taken on the same day
