Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. All patients met the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fifth Edition (dsm\-5\) criteria for depressive disorder, and were examined with first MB, et al. Structured clinical interview for DSM\-IV\-TR axis I disorders, Research version, patient edition. (SCID\-I / P) New York: biotechnology research, New York State psychological Institute, november2002;
  • 2\. Patients with HAMD\-17 score \>\= 18; suicide risk \< 2; Chinese version of mood disorder questionnaire (MDQ) \< 7\.
  • 3\. The age is 20\-60 years old.
  • 4\. Those who have obtained informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, without thyroid, tumor, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition and nervous system diseases.
  • 2\. Patients with schizophrenia and without history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances.
  • 3\. Patients who took immunomodulators and hormone preparations within half a year took antipyretic and analgesic drugs within two weeks.
