入选标准
- •1. All patients met the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fifth Edition (dsm-5) criteria for depressive disorder, and were examined with first MB, et al. Structured clinical interview for DSM-IV-TR axis I disorders, Research version, patient edition. (SCID-I / P) New York: biotechnology research, New York State psychological Institute, november2002;
- •2. Patients with HAMD-17 score >= 18; suicide risk < 2; Chinese version of mood disorder questionnaire (MDQ) < 7.
- •3. The age is 20-60 years old.
- •4. Those who have obtained informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, without thyroid, tumor, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition and nervous system diseases.
- •2. Patients with schizophrenia and without history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances.
- •3. Patients who took immunomodulators and hormone preparations within half a year took antipyretic and analgesic drugs within two weeks.
