Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •8th semester study of nurses who are studying at Shirvan Nursing School.
- •Not having chronic mental or physical problems in the last six months that caused him to be hospitalized in medical centers
- •They do not have a history of receiving training on the components of emotional intelligence.
- •Having informed written consent to participate in the study
- •All incoming students must be entrance in October 2021
- •They don't have nursing and rehabilitation work experience
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having mental, physical or academic problems
- •He has attended emotional intelligence training
- •Work experience in nursing
- •Students have not studied in Shirvan Nursing Faculty
- •The students of the sixth semester must be in the pre\-OSCE exam
