Inclusion Criteria

healthy pregnant women with gestational diabetes at 26 to 30 weeks of pregnancy; consent to participate in the study; be resident in Zanjan city; no history or risk of premature labor, threatened abortion, incompetent cervix, multiple pregnancy, intrauterine growth retardation in recent pregnancy, chronic disease before and during pregnancy (known as pulmonary heart disease, seizures, and thrombophilia, pulmonary embolism, chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hemoglobin less than 10 mg per deciliter ml).
Exclusion criteria: if participants have restrictions or prohibition of physical activity or exercise side effects, and the loss of any of the criteria will be excluded.
