入选标准
- •1. Nonspecific neck pain.
- •2. Age: 20 to 40 years
- •3.4-6 hours of working
- •4.50% of working time at a desk with or without a computer/screen.
- •5. Pain intensity Greater than 2 points in the numerical pain rating scale (NPRS)
- •6.CVA less than 48 degree
排除标准
- •1. Specific cause of cervical pain due to any trauma rheumatic or systemic pathology.
- •2. Central or peripheral neurological sign
- •3. Cognitive decline.
- •4. Cervical surgery.
- •5.Lower limb pathology(Fracture, Numbness, etc )
