Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\<Patient\>
- •Patient diagnosed with colon cancer by opinion from endoscope or histopathology.
- •Patient who has agreed to participate in research before colon cancer surgery
- •Age: over 30
- •\<Control\>
- •Subject who has not been diagnosed with colon cancer
- •Subject with no history of colon cancer
- •Healthy subject without any history of tumorous lesion in any part of his or her body
- •Healthy subject who has not contracted infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or intestinal inflammatory diseases in his or her lifetime.
- •Age: over 30
Exclusion Criteria
- •\<Patient\>
- •Subject suffering from cancer, that is not colon cancer.
- •Subject suffering from crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tubercle, vetto enteritis, or other chronic inflammatory diseases, except for colon cancer.
- •Subject with accompanying serious internal or external disease.
- •Subject with previous colon cancer surgery history
- •\<Control\>
- •Subject that have been diagnosed with tumorous lesion
- •Subject with autoimmune disease including intestinal inflammatory disease
- •Subject that has contracted an infectious disease
- •Subject that has contracted internal or external chronic disease.
