•2)Patients with Crystalluria in Urine Routine & Microscopic like Calcium oxalate, Calcium Phosphate, Uric acid.
•3)Patients presenting any 3 out of 5 below mentioned signs and symptoms of Ashmarij Mutrakrichha like:
•a)Regional pain (Nabhi, Basti, Sevani, Mehana Vedana)
•b)Burning micturition (Sa-daha mutrapravrutti)
•c)Hematuria (Sa-rudhira Mutra)
•d)Obstruction of urine flow (Mutradharasanga)
•e)Crystalline involvement in urine (sasiktva)

•1)Known case of Active genital herpes
•2)Known case of Uterine, Cervical, Vaginal, Urethral cancer, Tubercular cystitis
•3)Known case of Benign or Malignant Bladder tumors
•4)UTI with fever
•5)Patients having other systemic disorders like DM, STD’S
•6)Pregnant women.
