- Brief Summary
This study is a prospective, randomised double blinded controlled study evaluating the early respiratory muscle strength recovery by ultrasonographic evaluation following reversal with neostigmine versus sugammadex in Lok Nayak hospital, New Delhi for 12 months. The secondary outcome will be to evaluate the difference in thickness fraction of internal oblique from baseline to 30 minutes post extubaction , to evaluate the difference in diaphragmatic thickness fraction from baseline to 5 and 30 minutes post extubation and to evaluate the time to train of four ratio recovery to 0.9 .
