They should be obese (BMI>,30).
Their blood pressure must be about 120-139 and 80-89 mmHg.

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects have any special disease or skeletal problems.
They use weight loss medication or diet.

Timepoint: 48 hours before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, Pars azmoon kit, Tehran, Iran.;Insulin resistance. Timepoint: 48 hours before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Blood sampling using fasting glucose and insulin, Mercodia kit, Iceland, Sweden.;Inflammatory markers ( Interleukin-1 beta, Tumor necroes alpha).
