入选标准
- •Histopathologically proven oral squamous cell carcinoma undergoing neck dissection
- •-Patients with clinical stage T1-T2, N0
- •Willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.
- •-Age more than 18 years
排除标准
- •-Locally advanced oral cancer
- •-Patients undergoing redo neck dissection.
- •-Patients with history of prior neck irradiation/ neck surgery.
- •-Pregnant and lactating patients.
- •-Allergy to sentinel dye
- •-Patient undergoing neoadjuvant therapy
- •-Patients with history of excision of primary oral lesion
