Histopathologically proven oral squamous cell carcinoma undergoing neck dissection
-Patients with clinical stage T1-T2, N0
Willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.
-Age more than 18 years
-Locally advanced oral cancer
-Patients undergoing redo neck dissection.
-Patients with history of prior neck irradiation/ neck surgery.
-Pregnant and lactating patients.
-Allergy to sentinel dye
-Patient undergoing neoadjuvant therapy
-Patients with history of excision of primary oral lesion
