Preterm infants weighing between 1,500 and 2,000 grams admitted to NICU at Asalian, ShahidMadani and ShahidRahimi Hospitals with RDS problems
Babies who are deprived of milk for any reason and use dry milk
Sepsis (positive blood culture or other positive blood parameters)
Requires IPPV
Seizure
PDAs Symptoms require treatment
A history of weakened immune systems in the family
infants who have any malformations, both minor and major
and babies with jaundice requiring blood replacement

Name Time Method Saliva level of secretion IgA. Timepoint: 3 times a day every 15 minutes to 14 days. Method of measurement: Saliva sampling (sIgA).
