Inclusion Criteria
Healthy male non-athletes, age 22-28 years, without any exercise training and inflammatory or oxidative supplement ingestion during 6 months prior to the study.
Exclusion criteria: chronic diseases, injuries, aerobic power higher than 55ml/kg/min, fat percent lower than 10%.

Name Time Method Serum Total antioxidant capacity (TAC). Timepoint: 14 days after the initiation of the intervention. Method of measurement: by Frap Method.;Serum Malondialdehyde. Timepoint: 14 days after the initiation of the intervention. Method of measurement: by thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) and spectrophotometer.;Creatine Kinase Activity.
