Inclusion Criteria

1.Already diagnosis of Head and Neck Cancer in Squamous cell type
2. Already have CT scan with contrast in head and neck region result in 2 week before check blood squamous cell carcinoma antigen level

Exclusion Criteria

1.Metastatic cancer of head and neck
2.Head and neck cancer that patho diag not squamous cell type
3.Renal failure
4.Lung and Skin disease that will rising squamous cell antigen
