Inclusion Criteria
1.Limitation of passive ROM in glenohumeral joint compared with unaffected side, more than 30 degrees for at least 2 of these 3 movements: flexion, abduction and external rotation.
2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patient with rotator cuff tear and other shoulder ligament injuries.
•History of any arthritis related to shoulder.
•Malignancy
•Fracture in and around shoulder.
•Any neurological disorder.
