Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women(pre\-menopausal and perimenopausal) who are above 30 years of age, have not attained menopause, possess smartphones, able to read and understand English or Kannada, who have CVDs due to atherosclerosis either Ischemic Heart Disease or coronary artery disease and or hypertension, may or may not have diabetes.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with cerebrovascular disease (stroke), Peripheral vascular diseases(intermittent claudication, peripheral antipathy, spasm of the artery), other CVDs like congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathies and cardiac arrhythmias, other NCDs like cancer, chronic respiratory diseases and mental disorders.
