Inclusion Criteria
1. Children aged 1 months to 18 years
2. Subjects with history of allergic symptoms associated with cow's milk, egg or wheat ingestion and positive serum food-specific IgE (> 0.35 kUA/L)and/ or positive skin prick test to suspected food (wheal diameter > 3 mm)
3. Subjects with positive oral food challenge test
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subjects aged more than 18 years
2. Subjects and/ or parents deny to enroll in the study.
