- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It will be investigated whether and to what extent the variables of smartphone use (time, addiction) change up to the past measurement point (four weeks after the interaction). Smartphone use time is measured by the question How much time do you spend daily on smartphone use? Smartphone addiction will be assessed with the modified version of the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS; Brailovskaia et al., 2022) for smartphone use. <br><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It will be investigated whether and to what extent depressive symptoms, positive mental health, life quality, and self-efficacy change up to the past measurement point (four weeks after the interaction). Depressive symptoms <br>will be measured by the Beck Depressions-Inventar-II (BDI-II; Beck et al., 1961), positive mental health will be measured by the Positive Mental Health Scale (PMH-Scale; Lukat et al., 2016), life quality will be measured by the WHO-QAL (WHO Group, 1998 ) and self-effficacy will be measured by the Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE-Scale; Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 1995).
