1. Age >= 18 years.
2. Asymptomatic patient planned for cancer surgery or any other procedure requiring general anaesthesia (DL Scopy/ cystoscopy/ PTBD/ PCN insertion).
3. Asymptomatic patient planned for in patient multiday chemotherapy in ward.
4. Symptomatic patient planned for COVID-19 swabbing by their treating physician.
5. Symptomatic staff planned for COVID-19 swabbing by the staff physician.
1. Participant not willing to participate in the study.
2. Participant on anticoagulation therapy or antiplatelet therapy for other ailments.
