入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA category I and II undergoing hip surgeries under spinal anesthesia who are hemodynamically stable and declared fit in preanesthetic checkup.
排除标准
- •The patients in ASA III and IV category,with significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular,cardiovascular,pulmonary,renal or hepatic disease or having any anatomic abnormality,infection at the site of injection,already a diagnosed case of chronic pain syndrome,on any prolonged opioid therapy,patients having coagulopathy,patients will be excluded if they have recieved any analgesia in last 24hrs before surgery, patients with history of previous or at present known case of psychiatric illness as pain score cannot be assessed,patient having alllergy to the study medication.
