Inclusion Criteria
End stage kidney disease with Thombosed AV graft with suspected venous anastomosis stenosis or occlusion
Exclusion Criteria
1.not consent for enroll in research 2.Unable to follow up or surveillance according to follow up protocol 3.Refuse or withdrawal from research 4.AVG created more than 3 years or graft degeneration 5.AVG with previously stent placement 6.Graft with failed thrombectomy or unable to correct arterial anastomosis lesion or failed to correct central venous lesion
