- •Patients scheduled for TKA under general anesthesia
- •Patients older than 18 years
- •Written informed consent
- •Preoperative dynamometer measurements possible
排除标准
- •Emergency surgery
- •ASA 4-5 status
- •severe COPD (GOLD criteria = IV)
- •Preexisting lesions of lumbosacral plexus of the ipsilateral side.
- •Patients, unable to give their consent (need for bystanders)
- •Preexisting, relevant coagulopathy
- •Preexisting allergy of local anesthetics (amid type)
- •infections of the catheter insertion site)
- •patients unable to communicate in german language
- •patients scheduled for spinal anesthesia
