Inclusion Criteria
1- Patients with a diagnosis of myocardial infarction; 2 – the last 12 hours of their infarction. Exclusion criteria: history of thyroid and hormone disorders, diabetes, congestive heart failure, orthostatic hypotension, Cardiogenic shock, anemia, and fever, underlying lung disease, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, old acute myocardial infarction.

Name Time Method Electrocardigram index. Timepoint: 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the changing position. Method of measurement: electrocardiogram.;Physiological index. Timepoint: 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the changing position. Method of measurement: palseoximetry and barometre.
