The goal of this interventional study is to evaluate the feasiblity and effectiveness of a multimodal lifestyle program for individuals living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy or Corticobasal Deneration. The main objectivess of the study are to:
- Assess the feasibility of the program
- Assess the effects of the program on emotional wellbeing and quality of life
- Assess the effects of the program on caregiver burden
Participants will join an 8-week program combining chair yoga, vocal strengthening, and peer support groups, conducted virtually. Participants will complete pre- and post- intervention questionnaires related to emotional wellbeing and quality of life. When applicable, care partners will be asked to complete a caregiver burden questionnaire.

入选标准
- •Age over 18 years.
- •PSP or CBD diagnosis based on Movement Disorder Society criteria.
排除标准
- •Significant cognitive impairment.
- •Inability to fill in electronic questionnaires or understand study instructions.
- •Any contraindication for exercise based on the Physical Activity Readiness for Everyone Questionnaire (PAR-Q+).
