入选标准
- •1.Patient of either sex of 6 months to 12 years with ASA physical status l/ll.
- •2. Patients undergoing elective day care surgery under general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are having oropharyngeal or laryngeal pathology.
- •2. Patients suffering from upper respiratory tract infections (cough, fever, rhinorrhoea)
- •on the day of surgery.
- •3. Patients with known or anticipated difficult airway.
- •4. Patients at risk of aspiration (GERD, Hiatus hernia).
- •5. Patient with any known lung diseases, cardio-respiratory diseases.
