Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient admitted in oncology ward or OPD patients of Base Hospital, Srikot, Pauri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand for chemotherapy or palliation
2.Stage IV clinically and heamodynamically stable, cancer patient willing to participate and give informed consent in the trial
3.Age group:18-60 yrs
4.Either gender
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age <18yrs or >60 yrs
2.Stage I,II,III cancer patients
3.Clinically and heamodynamically unstable patients
4.Patients receiving any other alternative therapies(ayurveda/homeopathic/herbal/dietary suppliments)
5.Patient receiving G-CSF
6.Patient receiving radiotherapy
7.Acute medical or surgical complications that require hospitalization
