Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Pain in the TMJ region which aggravated by protrusion, maximal mouth opening and lateral movements of the mandible and function
  • •Patient having internal derangement of TMJ with Wilke’s Class II & III
  • •Pain persists even after two weeks of analgesics.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patients with haematological and neurological disorders.
  • •2. Rheumatoid Diseases
  • •3. Bony ankylosis of the TMJ
  • •4. Pregnancy
  • •5. Medical contraindications
  • •6. Unwillingness to receive one of the study treatments
