Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Pain in the TMJ region which aggravated by protrusion, maximal mouth opening and lateral movements of the mandible and function
  • Patient having internal derangement of TMJ with Wilke’s Class II & III
  • Pain persists even after two weeks of analgesics.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Patients with haematological and neurological disorders.
  • 2. Rheumatoid Diseases
  • 3. Bony ankylosis of the TMJ
  • 4. Pregnancy
  • 5. Medical contraindications
  • 6. Unwillingness to receive one of the study treatments
