Inclusion Criteria
Very low birth weight preemies .
Hemodynamically stable babies(heart rate, respiratory rate, Spo2, capillary refilling time are normal).
Inborn babies received within 3hrs of life.
Out born patient not received intravenous fluid .
Exclusion Criteria
Neonates born with severe life threatening congenital malformations involving bran, lung, kidney, heart.

Name Time Method We can know the post-natal age of attainment of full enteral feeding in both groups and we can assess the time taken to regain birth weight in both grouosTimepoint: 2 week for exclusive enteral feeding group,3 weeks for conventional feeding group
