Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Undergraduate or graduate university students in the health area, both genders, between 18 and 30 years old who have access to the internet.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants who present a clinical situation of psychotic disorder, severe cognitive impairment and/or have already completed a mindfulness group.
