Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with less than 15 degrees of knee joint flexion contracture and more than 5 degrees varus of the hip-knee-ankle(HKA) angle

Exclusion Criteria

  • •-Patients who have undergone bone surgery such as a previous fracture
  • •-Patients with lateral knee joint arthritis
  • •-Patients with moderate to severe arthritis of the femoral patella joint
  • •-Patients with systemic inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatism
  • •-Arthritis due to infection, osteonecrosis.
  • •-Stroke, Parkinson's patients
