简要总结
This study aims to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of physical activity among patients with Chronic Kidney Disease using a structured questionnaire. Adults diagnosed with CKD will be surveyed to understand their awareness of the benefits of physical activity, their perceptions toward exercise, their current activity levels, and the barriers they face in being physically active. The findings will help identify gaps and guide future strategies to improve physical activity participation in CKD patients.
