Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 Years to one (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •written informed consent to participate in the study
- •- aged 18 years or above
- •- sufficient knowledge of the German language to participate in the study
- •-employment for at least 15 hours per week in participating companies
- •- suspected diagnosis of common mental disorders according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10; World Health Organization (2004)) including unipolar depressive disorders (F32-F34), anxiety (F40, F41), stress-related and somatoform disorders (F42, F43, F45, F48.0) and non-organic sleep disorders (F51) or subclinical symptoms of psychosomatic disorders without ICD-10 diagnosis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •- unique or main diagnosis of substance abuse (F10-19), schizophrenia, psychosis (F20-F29) or organic psychiatric disorders (F00-F09)
- •- severe and unstable somatic health condition (e.g. cancer)
- •- current psychotherapeutic treatment
- •- application for retirement pension
