Inclusion Criteria
A patient who presented with symptoms of tinnitus lasting more than 3 months
A patient with tinnitus with a Tinnitus Disorder Scale (THI) score of 18 or higher
Exclusion Criteria
In case of moderate or severe hearing loss
In case of major otological problems such as otitis media with effusion, auditory nerve tumor, Meniere's disease
In case of multiple co-morbidities
In case of presence of psychiatric disorders including depression, traumatic stress, and panic disorder
In case of taking antidepressants or sleep medicines.
