Inclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 15-year-old
2.History of severe head injury (GCS<=8)
3.Patient who have evidence of intracranial hemorrhage in Head Computed Tomography.
4.Patient who have had neurosurgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have any others emergency surgery such as thoracic surgery, vascular surgery.
2.Patients who denied treatment or surgery.
