Inclusion Criteria

Women between 30 and 65 years of age; sedentary; with a diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension stage I; under pharmacological treatment with Losartan or Enalapril Maleate

Exclusion Criteria

We will exclude women with cognitive disorders that impede the understanding of the tests and the aerobic physical training; with musculoskeletal disorders; endocrine diseases; metabolic diseases; cardiovascular diseases, except systemic arterial hypertension; smokers; women who use drugs that interfere with cardiac function and cardiovascular autonomic control; besides those that use hormone replacement after menopause
