Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects who are cricket players.
- •2\.Subjects playing for a duration of more than 1 year.
- •3\.Subjects with no history of surgeries and acute injuries.
- •4\.Batsmen/Bowlers/All\-rounders \- all categories.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects with lack of Physical Fitness, as determined by the Physically Active Readiness questionnaire (PAR Q\+)
- •2\.Subjects with Playing duration less than 1 year:
