Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects who are cricket players.
2.Subjects playing for a duration of more than 1 year.
3.Subjects with no history of surgeries and acute injuries.
4.Batsmen/Bowlers/All-rounders - all categories.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with lack of Physical Fitness, as determined by the Physically Active Readiness questionnaire (PAR Q+)
2.Subjects with Playing duration less than 1 year:

Name Time Method 1.Speed tests will be conducted using 40 meters running <br/ ><br>2.Agility will be assessed using the Agility T-Test <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline and after 4 weeks. <br/ ><br>
