Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients presenting with symptoms of chronic plantar heel pain.
- •2\. Patients in the age group of 18\-65 years of age.
- •3\. Patient showing clinical or radiological evidence of plantar fasciitis or calcaneal spur.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients presenting with acute onset of heel pain (less than three weeks duration)
- •2\. Patients presented with the worst possible pain on the VAS scale
- •3\. Patients showing positive R.A. factor and CRP during the investigation
- •4\. Presenting with any fracture or tumour confirmed by radiological evidence
- •5\. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- •6\. Have received a corticosteroid injection in the foot during the preceding six months.
