- •1\.Adults visiting Clinical Nutrition Department after undergoing Health Check in Sakra World Hospital, Bengaluru
- •2\.Young \& Middle aged adults\- 20\-50 year living in Bengaluru
- •3\.Adults having Metabolic Syndrome as defined by NCEP ATP III (2005 revision)
- •4\.Willing to participate in the study and given written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnant and Lactating women
- •2\.Type 1 diabetes mellitus adults
- •3\.Adults who have implants
- •4\.Adults physically challenged who are
