Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Healthy children (ASA 1\)
  • Children age between 6 \-9 years
  • Frankl behavioral rating scale 3, 4 after dental procedure with non distraction
  • Patients who require the treatment under local anesthesia and rubber dam application in posterior region at least 3 quadrants
  • Voluntary under the consent of parents or caregivers

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with physical or medical disability e.g. blindness, deafness, autistic
  • Lacking cooperative behavior during dental procedure
  • Latex allergy
