Inclusion Criteria
1) Anemic patients as per WHO criteria(Hemoglobin <13g/dl in men & <12g/dl in women)Hemoglobin cut-off 8g/dl.
2) Patients with total iron binding capacity value above 350mcg/dl
3) Patients with heart failure who have LVEF 40-50% in both the groups
4) Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient <18 years of age
2) Patients who already on Iron and Erythropoietin therapy
3) Patients who are allergic to Iron/Erythropoietin
4) Patients history of Anaphylaxis treatment
5) Patients who are in add on therapy or cardiac condition deteriorates during the study will be excluded
6) Patients with hemolytic anemia are excluded
7) Pregnant women
8) Patients who are not willing to give informed consent
