入选标准
- •1. Patients older than 7 years old who are bitten by snakes and present to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH) from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022 (or after IRB approval).
- •2. Antivenom therapy is indicated
排除标准
- •1. The patient is not registered in the KCMH database
- •2. The bite is confirmed to be from animals other than snakes
- •3. The patient does not consent to participate in the research
- •4. The patient is allergic to horse-derived products
- •5. The patient has a history of systemic corticosteroid use or receive medications that might interfere with the study (upon investigators consideration) 4 weeks before the bite
