Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Age between 18\-30 years.
  • 2\) Neck Pain \[NPRS score between 3\-6]
  • 3\) Both genders

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Any history of cervical spine fracture.
  • 2\) Any major trauma in the past (car accident or an head injury).
  • 3\) Patient refusal or worsening of symptoms with previous manipulation.
  • 4\) Vertigo, Nerve damage, cord compression, paralysis patient.
