diagnosis of mood disorders is given by a psychiatrist; urban or suburban Mashhad; be willing to participate in the study; between 18-50 years old; The fifth level of education is high; Have a minimum of physical and cognitive ability to participate in meetings of the intervention; not using drugs.
Exclusion criteria: Adults over 50 years old; The level of education is lower than the fifth; Having a chronic physical disorders such as cancer and kidney disease; Repatient hospitalization.
