1.Well diagnosed patients of Katigat Vata i.e. lumbar spondylosis
2.Subjects having lumbosacral pain with or without radiating pain towards lower limb.
3.Lumbar Spondylosis confirmed by radiological assessment (X-Ray lumbosacral spine - AP and Lateral view)
4.Subjects willing to give informed consent and ready to comply with the protocol
5. Diagnosed case of Katigat Vata with the clinical symptoms from 6 months to 1year.
1.Pregnant, lactating women, traumatic patients.
2.Subjects having muscular strains due to musculotendinous or ligamentous injury, lumbar compression fracture, coccyx pain, spinal masses, spondylolisthesis.
3.Patient with known case of rheumatoid arthritis
4.Patient with spinal deformity like scoliosis, kyphosis, hyperlordosis, etc
5.Patients who underwent surgical interventions like laminectomy, foraminotomy, disc replacement,
interlaminar implant.
6.Patients suffering from diseases like Pott’s spine, HIV, Ihd, cancer.
7.Subjects who use any other investigational drug within 1 month prior to randomisation
