Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient with generalized chronic moderate to severe periodontitis that have at least four sites with 4\-6 mm pocket depth in per quadrant; Patients aged 30\-60 yeas old
- •Exclusion criteria: Patient with particular systemic diseases; Patients under treatment with special medication; Smokers and patients consume alcohol; Patients that received systemic antibiotics during 6 month ago
