1. Over 20 years old
2. Patients who agree to a clinical trial
3. Pancreatic solid mass
6. Solid mass of more than 1cm
1. Pregnancy
2. coagulopathy (Platelet < 50,000/mm3, INR>1.5 sec)
3. Patient who have difficulty with endoscopic ultrasound due to abnormal cardiopulmonary function
4. Mainly pancreatic cystic tumor
5. Unable or refuse to provide informed consent
6. Patients who are unable to access a biopsy under endoscopic ultrasound (intervening vessel, altered anatomy etc.)
7. Less than 20 years old
